Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook ground beef, then add marinara sauce and cup of water. Boil then let simmer.
  2. Mix all other ingredients excluding lasagna noodles, in a separate bowl.
  3. In a 9x13 glass baking dish layer: uncooked lasagna noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture three times. Top with additional 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F degrees for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes more.
  5. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.
