Debbie's Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until just tender.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In large skillet cook bacon that has been.
  4. Cut into small pieces. When about halfway.
  5. Done, add onion and saute until both are light brown.
  6. While this is cooking, combine sugar, vinegar, broth
  7. Egg, mustard and salt & pepper and mix well.
  8. Pour this mixture into the skillet once your bacon and onions are done.
  9. Do not drain bacon grease.
  10. Simmer a few minutes until just thickened.
  11. Remove from heat.
  12. Add drained potatoes to skillet and Mix well.
  13. Adjust seasoning.
  14. Serve warm with Kielbasa and Cabbage.
