Daddy's Cinnamon Pancake Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mix everything together except milk.
  2. Bring to a full boil, then cook for 3 minutes more.
  3. Remove from burner and let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk in milk slowly.
  5. Serve warm.
