Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Heat oil in ovenproof saute pan over high heat. add meat and sear on all sides for 6 minutes. season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add onions and garlic. mix and cook 4 minutes over high heat. add curry powder, mix well and cook 3 minutes.
  4. Mix in flour and cook 3 minutes over med heat.
  5. Incorporate chicken stock, season well and bring to a boil. cover and cook 2 hours in oven.
  6. Fifteen minutes before end of cooking, add plantains.
