Curried Honey-Mustard Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2-4 lbs chicken, cut up

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the first 6 ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Season the chicken with additional salt and place it on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil (for easy clean up).
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the grill to medium high (about 375 to 400 degrees).
  6. Remove chicken from the oven and brush it with the curried honey mustard sauce.
  7. Grill the chicken, turning and basting frequently, until well browned and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
