Curried Butter Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beans until just tender (about 7 minutes) and drain.
  2. Cook bacon and remove from pan.
  3. In bacon grease, saute onion, garlic and curry powder until onion is tender.
  4. Mix soup, sour cream, and wine and add to pan. Heat but do not boil.
  5. Add beans and crumbled bacon and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  6. Top with onion rings and bake uncovered at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
