Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place steak, onion, mushrooms, and chives in bottom of crock pot.
  2. Add pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, broth, and wine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5 – 6 hours.
  4. Approximately one-half hour prior to serving, thoroughly mix in flour.
  5. Serve over rice and top with parsley sprig.
