Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Cook bacon till crisp, cool, then chop and set aside. Saute onion, garlic and pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Place 1/3 of the frozen hash browns in crock pot. Add 1/3 of the onion, garlic, pepper mixture and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese.
  2. In a large bowl beat the eggs. Add milk, dill, salt & pepper. Pour over the ingredients in the crock pot, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
