Crispy Baked Tilapia (Modified from Sugarnuts' Version)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Mix seasonings to taste.
  3. Mix together veggies (including can tomato) with some seasoning mix, 1 tb sesame oil, 1 tb olive oil & soy sauce.
  4. Spread veggies onto baking sheet.
  5. Mix remaining oil and coat fish.
  6. Mix remaining seasoning mix with breadcrumbs & panko.
  7. Press fish into breadcrumb mix.
  8. Lay fish on top of veggies on cookie sheet.
  9. Cover dish with cheese.
  10. Bake 20 minutes.
