Ingredients:

  • 1 10 (3/4) oz. - can cream of potato soup - undiluted
  • 2 8 oz.. - package. cream cheese
  • 2 lbs. - small red potatoes
  • 1 env. - buttermilk ranch dalad dressing mix

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Beat cream cheese, soup and salad dressing mix together.
  3. Stir in potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
