The best tasting cheesey potatoes ever and it only takes a couple of minutes then forget it until supper. Ingredients:
1 10(3/4) oz. - can cream of potato soup - undiluted |
2 8 oz.. - pkgs. cream cheese |
2 lbs. - small red potatoes |
1 env. - buttermilk ranch dalad dressing mix |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. 2. Beat cream cheese, soup and salad dressing mix together. 3. Stir in potatoes. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. |
