  1. Melt butter in heavy skillet. Whisk in flour and cook 1-2 minutes, until the raw taste is cooked out, but it is not brown. Add broth while continuing to whisk, to form a thick sauce. Add cream of mushroom soup and blend thoroughly. Add salt, pepper, chicken and eggs, and heat through.
