Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cold cream cheese
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl cream together cream cheese and butter.
  2. Slowly sift in flour and salt.
  3. Shape into 2 balls, wrap in plastic and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight (I chill overnight) in the fridge.
  4. Roll out on a floured board and use as you will.
