This crust will turn a lovely golden brown and is good for turnovers, quiches and custard fillings. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cold cream cheese |
1 cup cold butter |
2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl cream together cream cheese and butter. 2. slowly sift in flour and salt. 3. Shape into 2 balls, wrap in plastic and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight (I chill overnight) in the fridge. 4. Roll out on a floured board and use as you will. |
