Cracker Barrel Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease 8 x 8 baking pan
  3. Add 1/2 cup melted butter to cornbread crumbs amd mix well, set aside
  4. In skillet on low melt remaining butter and saute onions and celery until tender
  5. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper
  6. Stir until well blended
  7. Add chicken and heat through
  8. Put chicken mixture in baking pan
  9. Spoon cornbread topping onto top of chicken mixture
  10. Bake 35-40 minutes
