Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs crabmeat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp dill seed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup grated onion

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Chill several hours to meld flavors.
  3. Store salad in refrigerator.
