I enjoy Crab Salad, and thought I'd try this one someday. Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs crabmeat |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon dill seed |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup grated carrot |
1/4 cup grated onion |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Chill several hours to meld flavors. 3. Store salad in refrigerator. |
