Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using a food processor, chop scallions till finely chopped.
  2. Add Surimi and pulse till finely chopped.
  3. Make sure you don't pulse too much or you'll lose all the texture.
  4. Remove to a bowl and blend in remaining ingredients.
  5. Start with the lower amount of sour cream,Worcestershire sauce and BBQ Sauce.
  6. Chill to blend flavors.
  7. Serve with crackers or veggies.
