Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain moisture from crabmeat to yield 1 pound.
  2. In a food processor combine scallions, salt, pepper and lemon juice then process until pureed.
  3. Add cream cheese and process until softened then add half the crabmeat and process to puree.
  4. Add remaining crabmeat and process just to mix then serve with warm sliced baguettes.
