This is a very creamy, very savory, very tasty dip that is fantastic on crackers or pita points. Enjoy Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds cooked crab meat |
1 cup scallions sliced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1-1/2 pounds cream cheese softened |
Directions:
1. Drain moisture from crabmeat to yield 1 pound. 2. In a food processor combine scallions, salt, pepper and lemon juice then process until pureed. 3. Add cream cheese and process until softened then add half the crabmeat and process to puree. 4. Add remaining crabmeat and process just to mix then serve with warm sliced baguettes. |
