Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 cups dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Season chops and dredge in flour.
  2. Beat egg and mix with water.
  3. Dip chops in egg and dredge in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in oil and butter.
