Ingredients:

  • 1 ( 16 oz.) package miniature smoked sausage links
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • seasoning of your choice...
  • this part is optional
  • japaleno peppers

Directions:

  1. Cut each bacon strip in 3rd's widthwise.
  2. Sprinkle with seasoning ( i use slap yo mama or japaleno pepper)
  3. Wrap one piece of bacon around each sausage.
  4. Place onto baking pan.
  5. Mix brown sugar and melted butter and pour over all of the sausage bake uncovered
  6. ( you can also do instead of the brown sugar with the butter, you can just sprinkle the brown sugar on top I do that when I'm in a hurry)
  7. Heating oven at 400 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp and sausage is cooked.
  8. This is great for a snack meal ......kids love it.....even the older ones...
  9. But you can serve this with cream potato's , green beans.
