Ingredients:

  • 1 package yeast
  • 3 tbsp soy flour
  • 3 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup warm water , plus
  • 2 tbsp warm water

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in the pan like you would a white bread.
  2. Select white bread, 1 1/2 lb loaf.
  3. Press start.
