(Copycat) Chi Chi's Cornbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (14 3/4 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan for 20-25 minute.
