Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cookies in a food processor, and pulse into fine crumbs.
  3. Add cream cheese and pulse until just mixed.
  4. Use a teaspoon to scoop the cookie pixture into small balls.
  5. Place the cookie balls on the baking sheet, cover with plastic and freeze til firm, bout 1 hour.
  6. Microwave the chocolate chips fo 1 minute and stir.
  7. Then nuke for 30 more seconds, and stir again.
  8. Dip the cookie balls into the chocolate using a toothpick or fork and place back on baking sheet. Put the powdered shugar in a sieve and lightly dust the truffles.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze again til firm, bout 1 hour.
  10. Serve cold.
