Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shred and mix all vegetables together.
  2. Shredding them fine gives the best taste when all is finished.
  3. In blender, combine all dressing ingredients.
  4. Pulse a few times to be sure it is well mixed.
  5. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour. This is a delicious slaw and also very pretty to look at.
  6. It is my favorite.
