A beautiful, colorful, wonderful slaw. I could live on it for a week. That's how much I like it.
Ingredients:
1 large head green cabbage finely shredded
2 cps finely shredded carrots
1 white onion grated
1 green bell pepper finely shredded
1 red bell pepper finely shredded
dressing
1/2 cp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cp sugar
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
2/3 cp oil
Directions:
1. shred and mix all vegetables together.
2. shredding them fine gives the best taste when all is finished.
3. in blender, combine all dressing ingredients.
4. pulse a few times to be sure it is well mixed.
5. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour. This is a delicious slaw and also very pretty to look at.
6. It is my favorite.
