Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place peanuts in food processor. Whirl until finely chopped. Combine peanuts and coconut in medium bowl. Place flour in second bowl. Lightly beat the eggs in a third bowl.
  2. Dip chicken in flour,then egg,thenpeanut-coconut mixture.
  3. Pour oil in skillet (1/2 deep). Heat oil over med. heat. Add chicken to hot oil. Cook 4 to 6 mins,turning once;drain chicken on paper towel.
  4. Combine all dipping sauce ingredients in small bowl;serve with chicken Enjoy!
