Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 10 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in order, Sprinkle flour and icing sugar over work surface and roll out dough.
  2. Cut into squares about 3 by 3 put on cookie sheet and chill if possible the dough will get very soft if you don't.
  3. Mix filling ingredients together.
  4. Spread filling onto half of each square and roll corner to corner.
  5. Lay on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350.
