Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to high.
  2. Brush and oil grill grate.
  3. Using a metal skewer, make a starter hole in the center of each peach quarter (from outside to pit side).
  4. Push a cinnamon stick through a peach quarter.
  5. Add a mint leaf.
  6. Add another peach quarter.
  7. Repeat with remaining cinnamon sticks, peaches and mint.
  8. Combine the butter, sugar, rum and salt in a saucepan and boil until thick and syrupy, 3 to 5 minutes.
  9. Grill the peaches over direct heat until nicely browned on both sides, 2 to 4 minutes per side, basting with the rum butter.
  10. Serve hot.
