Chocolate and Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars and peanut butter.
  2. Add egg and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
  5. Stir into the ceamed mixture.
  6. Spread into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  8. Bake at 350 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool 10 minutes (Very important! Otherwise the icing will get mixed up with the crumbs and the bars will look yucky)
  10. Combine icing ingredients.
  11. Drizzle over bars and smear with chocolate chips to make a chocolate/peanut butter icing.
