Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars and peanut butter.
  2. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture.
  4. Spread into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Cool 10 minutes.
  8. Combine icing ingredients; drizzle over bars.
