Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 3/4 cups of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175 F. grease muffin pan well.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients, all except for the chocolate chips together.
  3. Then in a separate bowl, combine eggs and oil in a separate bowl. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients. last, add in the chips.
  4. Pour the batter about 3/4 full into each muffin mold.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes. when done, take out and cool. serve warm.
