  1. Spread cream cheese onto bottom of shallow dish.
  2. Cook preserves,peppers and water in saucepan on med-low heat 5 mins. or till preserves are melted,stirring occasionally. Stir in onions;spread over cream cheese.
  3. Serve with crackers
