Easy and yummy spread for crackers. Great for the holiday! Ingredients:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese,softened |
1/2 c apricot preserves |
1 canned chipolte pepper in adobo sauce,finely chopped |
2 tb water 1 green onion,finely chopped |

Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese onto bottom of shallow dish. 2. Cook preserves,peppers and water in saucepan on med-low heat 5 mins. or till preserves are melted,stirring occasionally. Stir in onions;spread over cream cheese. 3. Serve with crackers |
