Directions:

  1. Combine the cheese and half and half in a sauce pan and slowly heat while stirring until all the cheese is melted.
  2. Add the jalepeno, cayenne and chili, let simmer on low for about 5 minutes stirring frequently so cheese wont burn to bottom of pan.
