  1. To Make Caesar Dressing: Place the ingredients in a blender and add the oil in a thin stream .
  2. Combine the chicken with grapes, snow pea sprouts, pecans and Caesar dressing. Toss lightly and well combined.
  3. Line a large bowl with the salad greens, fill with the chicken salad and garnish with the crumbles blue cheese and the croutons.
