  1. Boil Chicken breast and then cut or shred. Put aside. It works great if you boil the chicken in the chicken broth and keep the broth as well. Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour and mix well. Add basil to the flour and butter (as much basil you want). Add chicken broth to the flour, butter and basil stir and wait for it to thicken. (if you want you can also add garlic into the mixture too). Then add the cut or shredded chicken. Then layer the sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella and noodles like any other lasagna. Top with parmesan cheese. Cook in a preheated 350 degree oven for one hour.
