Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop 2 T onions, add 1 T water and microwave onions about 30 sec. to cook
  2. Layer 1/2 cup already cooked (I steam fresh brocolli) over cooked onions
  3. Chop 3 oz. skinless, boneless chicken (I use chicken I purchase already roasted at grocers)
  4. Mix 1 T. Hellman's Light mayo w/ few drops lemon juice and 1/2 cup Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom soup - pour over chicken, brocolli, onions
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese over top
  6. Bake at 350 / about 20 min.
