  1. In saucepan, add chicken broth, carrots, leeks, barley, savory, salt and pepper
  2. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer, covered for about 15 minutes
  3. Stir in Half & half, chicken and carrot baby food
  4. Heat through
