Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted )
  • 1 (1 lb) box confectioners' sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted )
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened )

Directions:

  1. Butter 9x13 pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 (25 degrees less for dark pans).
  3. Mix together first three ingredients and press into bottom of pan.
  4. Mix together last 4 ingredients and pour into pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
  8. This recipe is very rich, so a small portion size is recommened. Best when eaten while still a warm, but also great cool.
  9. (Refrigerate left overs.).
