Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugar, shortening, vanilla and almond flavor then add eggs one at a time.
  2. Stir in flour and baking powder then pour 2/3 batter onto greased cookie sheet.
  3. Spread on pie filling then drop remaining batter by teaspoon over pie filling.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  5. Combine powdered sugar and melted butter then drizzle over coffeecake while warm.
