Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of velveeta
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 pint 1/2 and 1/2
  • 36 oz bag of orieda hashbrowns (thawed)

Directions:

  1. Melt above on low and pour over hashbrowns in a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour (covered)
  3. Remove cover for last 15 minutes to brown.
