Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Let cream cheese soften, I heated it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. You can also use 1/3 less fat cream cheese which is already softer. You can also use only half the cream cheese and add some fat free milk to make it even fewer calories with the same great taste! Once you have the cream cheese sauce ready in a mixing bowl, cut buicuits into 1/4 and throw in the mixing bowl with the cream cheese. Mix it lightly, if you mix too much the dough starts to form into a big ball and that won't be good. Grate the havarti and throw in the bowl. Peal and chop the pear into small pieces and throw in the bowl. Then lightly mix all ingredients one more time before pouring into an 8x8 square pyrex dish. Flatten the mixture, it is ok if there are some gaps, it will puff up all together. Cook for about 20 minutes until lightly brown on top. This recipe can easily be doubled and made in the rectangle pyrex dish, which is what I have to do now because it is such a hit!
