Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Chill until slightly thickenend.
  4. Beat until thick.
  5. Combine cottage cheese, mayo and walnuts in another bowl and fold into whipped gelatin.
  6. Pour into mold and chill until set.
  7. Garnish with cherries if desired.
