Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put 12 muffin liners in muffin tin
  2. Put 1 tsp graham cracker crumbs in each liner and press lightly into the bottom.
  3. Blend remaining ingredients (Cream Cheese, eggs, vanilla, sugar) together
  4. Spoon Cream Cheese mixture (about 3 tbsp) into each cup
  5. Bake at 350 for approx. 25 minutes
  6. You can eat without topping or you can top with your favourite topping or a piece of fruit.
