Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. In bowl, combine crackers, cheese, garlic and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken in butter, then cracker mixture, pressing gently to help it adhere and place on foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle any remaining cracker mixture on chicken and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, 25-30 minutes.
