Ingredients:
16 buttery crackers (like ritz) crushed 3/4 cup |
6 ounce(s) sharp cheddar grated |
1 clove(s) garlic finely chopped |
kosher salt and pepper |
4 6- ounce(s) boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
4 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter melted |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. In bowl, combine crackers, cheese, garlic and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. 3. Dip chicken in butter, then cracker mixture, pressing gently to help it adhere and place on foil-lined baking sheet. 4. Sprinkle any remaining cracker mixture on chicken and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, 25-30 minutes. |
