Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beans in water until soft. Drain beans.
  2. Preheat oven. to 350 degrees.
  3. In food processor, blend beans, melted butter, and milk.
  4. Transfer to large mixing bowl.
  5. In smaller bowl, whip eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  6. Add sugar and egg mixture to bean mix. Mix well.
  7. Pour into pie shells.
  8. Bake about one hour or until golden brown.
  9. Makes about six 9 pies.
  10. Tip: 5 minutes after removing pies from oven, cover with plastic wrap that clings.
