  1. Cut celery ribs into 2” pieces then finely chop one piece and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients and reserved chopped celery.
  4. Stuff into celery ribs and refrigerate until serving.
